Cocktails for a cause

The Holland Educational Foundation (HEF) is excited to announce a fun way to support Holland Public Schools!

Holland's Tulyp Hotel (the former CityFlats Hotel) has been working with five local community leaders to create signature cocktails, and the cocktails are now on tap. HEF's executive director, Kate Bolt, has submitted her signature Spicy Perfect Paloma.

A portion of the sales from each cocktail order at Tulyp will support the nonprofit chosen by each local leader.  Kate has--obviously--chosen HEF as her nonprofit to benefit from cocktail sales. The cocktail that sells the most during the month of September will remain on the Tulyp menu and will continue to support the nonprofit for the entire year!

Grab friends and family and head to Tulyp to order the Spicy Perfect Paloma to support HEF!

Other entries include:

Mayor Nathan Bock's Gin and Tonic supporting Latin Americans United for Progress (LAUP).

Jennifer Owens, President of Lakeshore Advantage, and her Orange Margarita supporting SURGE.

Jodi Owczarski, President and CEO of the West Coast Chamber of Commerce, and her White Wine Spritzer supporting her West Coast Chamber of Commerce.

Gwen Auwerda, Director of Tulip Time, and her Vodka Martini supporting Tulip Time.

The Tulyp Hotel is very excited to support these leaders and their efforts in our community. The 1847 Lounge at the Tulyp Hotel opens at 4pm every day, and cannot wait for you to come taste these incredible cocktails that are handcrafted for our community.

Cheers to a wonderful September and email Kate Bolt with questions about this fundraiser kbolt@hollandpublicschools.org.
